Interest Groups
Interest groups, or Sangha Circles, are self-organizing groups of friends and members of Clouds in Water Zen Center. These may be organized by neighborhood or around a particular interest. Art Sangha Circle
A group of artists meets at 10:45 at the Black Dog one Sunday per month to discuss zen practice and art practice. For more information, contact Stuart Harder at 763-689-5891.
Writing Sangha

Living in Vow
An ongoing dharma dialogue on how to live with the problems and joys of this life. This group is open to anyone who has received the precepts (Jukai). It meets at Clouds in Water following the monthly Full Moon Ceremony. For more information email Amy Horne, or call her at 651-222-6968, ext. 1.
Hearts and Hands
A group of sangha members are available to offer assistance when someone in the Clouds in Water community experiences hardship. This may involve offering a ride or meal, housework, visiting in the hospital or home, or other ways that let people know the community supports them. Neighborhood Sitting Groups
MindRoads Meditation Center
A neighborhood sitting center in the Macalaster-Groveland neighborhood, offering morning sitting meditation and classes in Mindfulness, Loving Kindness Practice, and 12-Steps and Buddhism meetings. Visit http://www.mindroads.com/ for more information.
Beverly White Community Outreach Project
A group of volunteers from meditation centers in the Twin Cities, and others interested in human liberation. The Beverly White Community Outreach Project is sponsored by the Minnesota Chapter of the Buddhist Peace Fellowship (BPF). Nationally, the BPF is an organization that has made connections between meditation, non-violence and social justice for 25 years. For more information contact Cal.
