Each day I look for the place of true rest. I would like to manifest my life from the dynamism of such ease. Where is it? The talk includes the poem “Song of the Grass Roof Hermitage” by Shitou, how zazen relates to the body practices of “Interplay” (creative movment developed by Cynthia Winton-Henry and Phil Porter), and how in zazen we can “hang” and rest.
