In this experiential study of the Satipatthana  Sutra, we will practice looking deeply into our attachments and letting go. Another translation of Sati, the Pali word for mindfulness, is “present moment awareness.” This awareness is not just about mind, but includes the body, feelings, and dharmas. Practicing in this way, we begin an incredible process of transformation and healing, which is a great gift for ourselves and for the world.

Good beginners, and for anyone who wants to study and practice the Buddha’s teaching about mindfulness. It will include meditation and mindfulness exercises for at home practice.
