Loving kindness half-day Sesshin

How do we manage when we are in deep distress?  This retreat will focus on Loving Kindness practices that help particularly when we desperately want relief; when we are stressed and our suffering feels unbearable, when we feel we cannot escape or avoid what is arising in our life.  Please bring a pillow and blanket as we’ll do some lying down meditation and your comfort is important. Also bring a pen and paper in some form as we’ll do some journaling.
