In-person only

Mindful movement is an important part of our practice. Sitting in silence can provide helpful grounding, but our practice can fully bloom as we move and interact. Don’t You Feel It Too? and Clouds in Water Zen Center have a six year history of combining silence and stillness with music and movement. In this two hour session, you’ll have the chance to practice the movement as much or as little as you like, and practice inside Clouds in Water or out on the street. You can bring your own music (earbuds and phones) or move to ambient sounds. You’ll be coached in the basic instructions: 1) Love your music; 2) Move honestly, fearlessly; 3) Feel what you feel. We hope you will join us!

He is the founder of Don’t You Feel It Too?—a participatory street dance practice for social healing and liberation, and has co-sponsored a number of DYFIT retreats/sesshins with Clouds in Water Zen Center.
