Beginning Anew for Couples: Four steps to restoring harmony in your relationship
Sunday, Nov. 12, 2 – 4:30 pm
With Sosan Theresa Flynn
In this workshop, we will learn and practice “Beginning Anew,” a wonderful four-part communication process taught by Thich Nhat Hanh and the Order of Interbeing. This process can help us clear up misunderstandings, improve communication and heal relationships. For the past ten years, Sosan has taught Beginning Anew as a conflict resolution model for couples preparing for marriage. Beginning Anew is a practice for anyone looking for a way to keep communication open and resolve conflicts. When practiced regularly, beginning anew will bring deeper understanding and harmony to any relationship.
You are invited to attend this workshop with your spouse or partner, or any person that you are in a close relationship with.

“We know in our hearts that there is a different way to be, a different way to live. Our generosity with one another is indeed resistance to the greed and fear that oppresses us. We provide for one another out of love for each other and love for ourselves. When we give, we acknowledge that all beings want to be happy.”
