Clouds in Water Zen Center wishes to keep our community as safe as possible in the midst of COVID-19, and will be cancelling this sesshin. On Sunday February 13, Sosan Flynn will be offering the Dharma Talk during the Sunday Public Program and will be teaching about Loving Kindness.
In this class, we’ll learn about the Zen Buddhist practices of meditation and mindfulness, loving-kindness and self-compassion, and how to be in a turbulent world with tenderness towards ourselves and all beings.
