We will study the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha & Dogen in addition to contemporary teachers Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodren and Norman Fisher, focusing on ways to practice with anger and conflict. We will explore how to turn these energies into beneficial actions.

This online sesshin will focus on some of the most profound and basic teachings of Zen Buddhism – impermanence, dissatisfaction, no-separate-self and freedom. Renewing Joy and Harmony in Your Relationship: a Couples Workshop – Mar 20, Apr 10

In this workshop, we will explore reinforcing or rekindling that joy and learning ways to increase harmony in your relationship. Topics will include dating and romance, exploring personality differences, expressing your wishes and dreams, deep listening and learning “beginning anew” – a four-part communication process that aids in clearing up misunderstandings, improving communication and healing relationships.
