Meditations

This statue on our main altar in the Zendo is of the bodhisattva of compassion, Avolokiteshvara.

This is a deeply nourishing meditation given by Guiding Teacher Sosan Theresa Flynn at the 27-hour mark during our SPring 2024 30-Hour Sit-A-Thon. It’s based on the Ānāpānasati Sutta, or Mindfulness of Breathing practice.

We will be adding more meditations from our teachers soon.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to build out our new site!

Dharma Resources

Through Bookshop.org, we receive a portion of all sales of any books you purchase through our page and a percentage goes to indie bookstores!

The titles on our list reflect what is nourishing our community of practitioners right now: from mindfulness and Buddhist titles to personal development, novels and poetry.

We hope they nourish you as they have nourished us!
